Which items can be returned?
Only clothing items are eligible for returns. For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry items cannot be returned.

However, if you wish to make a return, you must contact us via email at contact@altieristudio.eu. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that the return delivery costs will be carried by the customer.
How are refunds processed?
All returns are processed exclusively in the form of store credit (shop voucher) for the value of the returned item. This credit can be used on future purchases in our online store. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
